Mark will introduce the farmers, offer produce selection and cooking tips, and share his philosophy of using seasonal, indigenous ingredients to create fine cuisine. Bring your shopping bag so you can buy what the chef buys . . . or make your own discoveries. Then off to his restaurant kitchen, where he will offer a cooking class and allow you to taste his preparations using the fresh market ingredients, some of which will appear on the menu that evening.
