Hello Food Lovers.
This month, Asheville locavores will have the chance to experience the newest documentary concerning the truth about what we eat. Food, Inc. is opening July 17 at The Carolina, complete with Farm-to-Table chef demos, organic wines and local food information.
Additionally, we will be holding a free promo screening at 7pm on Tuesday, July 7 at the Carolina. In addition to the film itself, local chefs will be cooking demos and there will be a round-table discussion concerning the future of our food, both globally and locally.
