TITLE: Office Coordinator
POSITION: Full Time

REPORTS TO: Administrative Director

GENERAL FUNCTION:
The Office Coordinator is responsible for the smooth and efficient implementation of office management procedures and processes along with assisting and supporting staff in all aspects of the organization's operation, including work on established programs and special projects.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES:
  • Provide reception area and phone coverage
  • Manage office supplies, office equipment and services
  • Provide IT support for office equipment including computers and printers
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
  • Provide information management and perform data entry in SalesForce
  • Assist with building and facilities issues
  • Maintain, organize and update office procedures and organizational information
  • Assist with training and orientation of staff on policies and procedures
  • Assist with ASAP events
  • Provide administrative support to staff for programmatic and special projects

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • Three years non-profit experience or college degree preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software required
  • Experience with Google applications and database management, particularly SaleForce, preferred
  • Experience with IT troubleshooting and support
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Customer service oriented attitude with excellent communication skills and team focus
  • Identifies with the values and mission of ASAP


COMPENSATION: $30,000 depending on experience, plus vacation and holiday pay, insurance stipend, and participation in an IRA retirement plan with an employer match.

FLSA CLASSIFICATION: Non-exempt
