2008 Marketing Opportunities for Farmers Conference

Inclement Weather Plan

ASAP plans to hold the conference on February 23, 2008 rain, snow or shine. We do not expect to have to cancel. If we get extreme winter weather to the degree that we must cancel the conference, however, logistical constraints will not allow us to reschedule.

In case of cancellation, due to our fixed costs of preparing for this conference, we will not be able to fully refund registration fees. Instead, we will send registrants the marketing resource notebook and we hope to be able to deliver a partial refund of registration fees if our budget allows.
