Examples to Follow: Case Studies From Within the Local Food System

The research contained in the Appalachian Grown Research Reports presents a broad and comprehensive view of what's going on with our local food system, and what might be done to improve local food consumption and access in our region. These case studies are of local farms, businesses and institutions that are participating in that local system and making it work. They provide a look at the best of our local food system, from the inside out - living examples of the strategies and trends that these reports illuminate.
